These can be placed in the collection basket along with your normal gift, this week or next week. There will also be baskets for Christian Aid donations at the back of the Church and over lunch
Following morning worship, coffee will be served as usual, together with a “Bring and Share” buffet lunch. All are invited to stay and share – you can share even if you did not bring!
Following lunch we gather at 12.30 p.m. for our General Church Meeting.
All are warmly invited to stay for this meeting and participate in questions and discussion. Only those who are on the roll of full members may vote,
but everyone is invited to share fully in all other parts of the meeting.

The meeting will conclude by 2.00 p.m. at the very latest

The meeting is invited to receive the report.
We will not be going through the document section by section, but this is an opportunity for any member of the meeting to raise comments or concerns about any aspect of the report or the life of the Church.
The General Meeting is largely a consultative rather than decision making body, but where matters are raised, they will be referred to the Church Council and/or sub groups of the Council for further discussion and action

(as notified to the Chair at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting)
At this point the Church Meeting will be adjourned for a brief meeting of the Church Council, in order to make appointments (including Communion Stewards & Christian Aid Secretary) and deal with any financial matters. NB Non Church Council members are observers only for this item, and may not vote on this business.
