To make the whole weekend go with a swing we are going
to need a lot of willing volunteers. It’s never too soon to start collecting
names, so If you would
like to be tour guide or could help with serving coffees and teas then please
let Maureen Coleman know now.
Lyn Green will be looking for help with the preparations for the
Saturday evening Supper, and Gill Horn and Maureen Coleman are
looking for people to participate in the ‘big event’ on Saturday evening –
actors, musicians, dancers, costume makers and sound and lighting technicians.
They are also wanting photographs of significant
events in the Mint’s life, so please rummage through those old albums.
Sue Cordery is co-ordinating the invitations so let her know names of
people you would like to see invited.
